It should come as no surprise that so many people feel emotionally fried right now.

We live inside an environment that delivers anger at industrial scale. Headlines are designed to provoke. Algorithms reward outrage. Commentary is framed to inflame rather than inform. Even when we are not actively seeking it, anger finds us, insistent and urgent, demanding attention.

The question is not whether this affects us. It does.
The real question is why it feels so difficult to resist.

Anger is effective. It cuts through complexity. It offers clarity, or at least the feeling of clarity. In a loud and overwhelming world, that can feel like relief. Something finally makes sense. Something finally feels solid.

That sensation matters… and it helps explain why so many of us feel simultaneously energized and exhausted by the emotional climate we’re living in.

This course is Father Rich’s way of saying thank you to those who have chosen to support this ministry financially and help carry its work forward.

The Morning Newsletter will always remain free and content-rich, to the best of Father’s ability, because access to thoughtful, pastoral reflection should never be gated. That commitment will not change.

This paid series exists for those who feel called to go deeper.

Below, you’ll find today’s full installment in our continuing course on spiritual resilience, including practical guidance for staying centered, discerning real injustice from manufactured outrage, and taking faithful action without letting your nervous system be hijacked by constant anger.

As a supporting member, you’ll also receive instant access to Father Rich’s full e-book library as a thank-you for investing in this work.

If you choose to join us, know that your support directly sustains this ministry and makes the free content possible for others. It costs less than a sandwich each month, and we believe the value of what you’ll receive far exceeds that.

Thank you for reading.
Thank you for considering support.
And most of all, thank you for walking this path with us.
